عزيزي السيد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة “جوتيريش”..
أرسل إليك هذه الرسالة بخصوص ما يسمى الدورة السابعة والعشرين من مؤتمر الأطراف لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية حول تغير المناخ عام 2022، والتي ستعقد خلال الفترة من 7 – 18 نوفمبر 2022 في مدينة شرم الشيخ.
Dear António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations,
I am sending you this message regarding the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 27) to The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which will take place from 7-18 November 2022 in Sharm El-Sheikh.
من المؤسف أن تعقد هذه الفعالية تحت رعاية نظام لا مثيل لعدائه للطبيعة، هذه الفعالية ستمنح شرعية لرئيس يحمل حساسية ضد اللون الأخضر، لذلك قامت مؤسسات الدولة – وهي تعمل بأوامره المباشرة في كل كبيرة وصغيرة – بحذف اللون الأخضر من حياة المصريين، وكأن هذا اللون فيروس ينبغي التخلص منه..

إن هذا النظام الذي ستمنحونه شرعية بانعقاد المؤتمر تحت رعايته لم يفعل أي شيء من التوصيات التي صدرت في مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة المعني بتغير المناخ في غلاسكو، فلم يتخذ أي إجراء يذكر في مسألة خفض انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون، بل إن النظام المصري ضمن دول قليلة لم تنشر أي استراتيجية طويلة المدى، ولا تملك خططًا لإزالة الكربون، على الرغم من التقديرات المستقلة، ولا يوجد أي قرينة تدل على أنه يملك أي نية للتماشى مع اتفاقية باريس للمناخ.

إن النظام المصري لا يرى في هذه الفعالية سوى أمرين، الأول: الشرعية الدولية التي سيكتسبها رغم حكمه للبلاد بالحديد والنار.

هذا هو ما يهم هذا النظام.. وأنت تعلم ذلك علم اليقين..

ومحتويات الحديقة متعددة، ومتنوعة، ولا يمكن أن يصدر قرار إزالتها إلا من سلطة تضمر الشر للمجتمع، سلطة لا يمكن الوثوق فيها لتنظيم مؤتمر له أي علاقة بالمناخ.. ولكننا على يقين أن النظام المصري قد دفع الثمن من ثروات المصريين لكي تعقد هذه القمة تحت رعايته، وسوف يحظى بالشرعية المناسبة من قمة المناخ ليستمر في الاعتداء اليومي على البيئة، وعلى كل جميل في حياة المصريين، وسيستمر في تلويث الكوكب، ولكن هذه المرة وهو يحمل ترخيصا من الأمم المتحدة، يشهره في وجه كل من يحاول انتقاده..

أنا أعلم أنك رجل بلا ضمير.. وإياك أن تتخيل أن هدفي من هذه الرسالة أن أستثير نخوتك، أو أنني أضع أملا ولو بنسبة واحد في المليار أن يتحرك ضميرك.. كلا يا سيدي.. أنا أعرف تماما أي نوع من البشر أنت، وأعلم أنك مجرد موظف لديه كل المؤهلات اللازمة من القدرة على السكوت عن الحق، والقدرة على إغماض العين عن مآسي كبرى، والقدرة على إعمال القانون في مواضع وإغفاله في مواضع أخرى، والقدرة على تغليف العنصرية بالشكل القانوني المطلوب، وأهم من كل ذلك.. القدرة على مصافحة السفاحين الذين تتلوث أياديهم بدماء آلاف المظلومين.. ناهيك عن دماء ملايين الأشجار في الغابات !
